Getting started is easy!
We offer two service options for new clients: First is our introductory Assess and Adjust service - a session dedicated to the assessment and adjustments to the primary components of your bike.
If we determine your equipment is in need of more in depth work we will recommend upgrading to our Mechanical Evaluation; this option is best suited for bikes that see consistent use in training and racing.

Our goal is to set you up for success by keeping you rolling without worry.

Assess and Adjust - $175

Your Bike's First Step to Peak Performance.

Discover the quality and care of Cutlass Velo with our introductory service. We'll fine-tune your bike's essential functions – braking, shifting, bearings, and checking your fork steerer – ensuring immediate improvements in safety and performance. This hands-on assessment also allows us to determine if a deeper Mechanical Evaluation would be beneficial for your riding needs. We're here to help you get the most out of every ride.

Mechanical Evaluation - $275

Unmatched detail in problem solving.

Compehensive, transparent, and educational. A more thorough evaluation of your equipment than our Assess and Adjust service. It is a great investment to learn more about your bicycle and the service we will perform. We will provide clear and honest service recommendations.
Our evaluation can also be used as a standalone service for inspection on used bike purchases or insurance claims.

A La Carte - Starts at 1 Hour

A focused approach to specific service.

A la carte service is reserved for current clients that need a more focused service on a specific need.

Service and Repairs

Below is our guide for routine service of your bicycle.

  • Service is performed after discussion and approval of estimate

  • Service notes are reviewed upon pick up

  • Ninety day follow up can be scheduled during check out or at your convenience

  • During ninety day follow up we review performance of our prior service

  • Six month service can booked after ninety day review

  • Six month service is performed

  • Ninety day follow up can be scheduled during check out

  • Additional service or repair items can be booked as needed

  • Service subscription packages are an available option tailored to your training and racing schedule
