Our policy is to set you up for success by keeping you rolling without worry.
That’s why we request new clients and/or new bikes coming to Cutlass Velo to experience our mechanical evaluation. Attending isn’t required but it is strongly encouraged, even for just a few minutes. Keeping you involved in your bicycle’s service allows for clear dialogue regarding your equipment.

Evaluation

Compehensive, transparent, and eye-opening. Starting with a thorough evaluation of your equipment is our guarantee that we are invested to learn about you and your bicycle. We ensure clear and honest service recommendations. The evaluation can also be used as a standalone service for inspection.

Estimates

After your bike’s evaluation, two estimates will be provided.
Estimate one: a total reset to bring your bike to the operating standard of Cutlass Velo. This option is strongly recommended for new clients or bikes not previously serviced by Cutlass.
Estimate two: as-needed service, adjustments, or replacement of consumables and components. This option is recommended for bikes that have previously received Cutlass Velo’s reset process.

Service and Repairs

  • Service is performed after discussion and approval of estimate

  • Service notes are reviewed upon pick up

  • Ninety day follow up is scheduled during check out

  • During ninety day follow up we review performance of prior service and discuss any possible needs

  • Six month service is booked after ninety day review

  • Six month service is performed

  • Ninety day follow up is scheduled during check out

  • Additional service or repair items can be booked as needed

  • Service packages are an option tailored to your training and racing schedule
